Mounted Program (riding)

Pegasus provides lessons and equestrian activities for riders with a disability. All mounted classes at Pegasus are structured on the basis of the rider's ability. All lessons and activities are supervised by our nationally-accredited coaches. Some are staff coaches and some are volunteers, but all have undergone extensive training and been assessed by the national Riding for the Disabled Association as qualified coaches.
If you are interested in riding at Pegasus, please view the fact sheet. We do have a waiting list at Pegasus for those who want to ride. The amount of time to wait differs per person, as we choose people from the waiting list who we believe fit best with a certain horse in a particular class.
If you are already a participant at Pegasus and would like to view the Participant Handbook, please click here. The Participant handbook contains information about the registration process, how our programs operate and how the Centre functions. Contact details are also included.
