Facility hire at Pegasus

Pegasus has developed a wide range of facilities at ‘Pegasus Farm’ at 119 Drake Brockman Dr in Holt (on the outskirts of Canberra). This includes:

A 60m x 20m indoor riding arena with a viewing gallery and grandstand, which is suitable for training, competitions and workshops;
a 60x 20 m outdoor sand arena;
A 30 x 15m indoor arena (suitable for non-riding clinics with a small number of horses);
15 stables and a range of yards;
A community room with disabled access, toilets, a kitchen and audiovisual equipment.

These facilities are available for hire, when not in use by Pegasus. Pegasus programs generally operate between 10 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday and between 9 am and 3 pm on Saturday. At times it may be possible for us to accommodate bookings with in our riding times. For further information on availability of our facilities please contact the office at Pegasus on (02) 6254 9190.

All hirers are required to complete a Facility Hire Form. Bookings for lessons/clinics also require proof of $10 million public liability cover held by the hirer and a $50 deposit on your booking. Individual hirers ride and their own risk.

PRICE LIST (all prices include GST)

Effective 1 April 2004 and subject to change

	Indoor Arena (large)	$12 per horse per hour $40 per hour, sole use $100 half day (includes common room) $150 full day (includes common room)
	Indoor Arena (small)	$20 per hour, sole use $50 half day (includes common room) $80 full day (includes common room)
	Outdoor Arena	$6 per horse per hour $10 per hour, sole use $30 half day (includes common room) $55 full day (includes common room)
	Common Room	$50 per day/$10 per hour
	Lights (in large indoor arena)	$9 per hour - centre lights only $15 per hour - all lights
	Stables	$20 first night $10 per day or subsequent nights
	Yards	$10 per horse per day
